FLAGS FOR HEROES

Flags for Heroes - Annually on Memorial and Veterans Days
Don't miss our Memorial Day Flags for Heroes displays!  Our club has held these highly successful charity fundraising events since 2017.  American flags are available for sponsorship over Memorial Day and Veteran's Day weekends.  Depending on the holiday, flag sponsorships honor military service veterans, first responders, and others who have selflessly served family, community and country.   Since our first Flags for Heroes event on Veteran's Day 2017, net proceeds have supported many charitable activities and causes within Middlesex County through the Middlesex Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc.    Who are your heroes?   Relatives and friends who have served in our armed forces?   Firefighters?  Rescue squad volunteers?   Medical personnel?  If you wish to purchase a flag in their honor in advance of the display just click on the link above for our Middlesex Flags for Heroes website with access to our online flags store.   All are also invited to visit our display table to purchase flags and share stories of your heroes!

1.   Is it the truth?
2.   Is it fair to all concerned?
3.   Will it build good will and better friendships?
4.   Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

ROBOTICS AND CODING FOR KIDS
Our Rotary club has been instrumental in being able to offer robotics learning experiences for local middle school youth.  Rotarians have helped with the purchase of Elegoo robot car kits and served as mentors.  The club also funded the purchase of several new Dell laptops so that each child could use one for programming their robot car to perform specific functions.
